Went to Uber bagels on July 5th. I got there about 1030 and there was a line out the door literally. It took about 15 minutes to get to the cashier to order. I went to order and they were out of whitefish and I was told anything like eggs bacon or sausage would take at least 40 mins. So two of the people I was ordering for didn't get anything. Had they let people know at the door I could have called and asked for a substitute order. Waited 30 mins for 4 bagels with cream cheese and other toppings. The inefficiency is Mind boggling. People getting just a dozen bagels and cream cheese had to wait while cream cheese was packed instead of being in a cooler. The employees seemed to be in a fog. The bagels are only in one case and not near the prep area. They expanded the restaurant and it seems the waits have gotten worse. They also had a sign asking customers to use cash so they could save 2 to 4% in credit card fees. This is off putting. The food as always is awesome but the wait is starting to invalidate that. I hope they get these issues fixed but it seems as though they just can't get it right. My advice go ealry before 730. Otherwise don't bother.

The breakfast sandwiches are great. Its nice to find a place in a vacation town that isn't a chain and doesn't try to rip you off. The eggs were real and fresh cooked and the bagels reminded me of home.

Love this place!! Whenever I have guests at the house I go here to get their great bagels. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Minus 1 star because their hours of operation can be hit or miss. Gone a couple times and they've been closed.

Best place for bagels in OC. The bagels are fresh and delicious and can be accompanied by a wide variety of tasty spreads. It took a while for them to make my order but it was worth it. This place would be complete if they served espresso. The brewed coffee they have is pretty decent though.

  • Ed C.

The bagels here are fantastic, especially if you get there right at 7:00 am and they are still warm. The service has always been great but the cream cheeses are out of this world. Go for the lox spread. It is not to creamy, not to chunky, not to salty - just right!

They don't open until 7 guess they can't get kids to get up any earlier! The bagels are good though.

Favorite quickie breakfast spot in OC and it's sooooo close to my favorite dinner spot The Abbey Burger

Went on Sunday morning before we left back home, the line was out the door around 10 am, but moved efficiently. The whole place was packed, but it was an organized chaos. Waited about 20 min total, we both got breakfast sandwiches on bagels. It was really good. I got an everything bagel, it was a good size, had the toppings on both sides which is super rare and perfectly chewy and soft. I got one to go home too. The staff is hard working and really nice. Definitely recommend!

We went to Uber Bagels three times in one week. They carry Boar's Head, and that's critical to me if I'm getting a sandwich. They have lots of sandwich choices and everything we had was tasty. Good quality bagels. We had the cinnamon and the plain with honey walnut cc, which was pretty darn good. Staff was mediocre; nice but they didn't always seem to be paying attention two out of three of our visits. During one visit they neglected to put lettuce on my sandwich (no problem), so I went back and asked for some lettuce. The kid recalled that I'd ordered it, grabbed some, looked a bit confused as to what to do, and then handed me a wad; like right in my hand- no paper anything. It just seemed odd. Anyway, still a good place to grab a sandwich or bagel.

Crispy outside, soft inside. Stayed for 3 days, went here twice. Fast service and good coffee. I know people are very defensive e and particular about a NY style bagel...trust that this is the closest you will get in the area and, with an open mind, you may find it as yummy as your favorites in the city.

Really enjoy there bagels but they ran out of bagels on Saturday morning because of no flour delivery. Then Monday (Labor Day) they were closed for family emergency. Hope all is ok. Not a good way to end the summer.

AMAZING! Just got a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese and it was SO worth the wait! It was a Saturday Morning around 9:30 and it was pretty packed. Coffee was good, bagels were AMAZING!

Fresh bagels. Wife recommends the Lox spread. Breakfast sandwiches are hearty and delicious with whatever combination of Bagel you choose.

Cute little place with lots of bagel variety- so glad they had a whole wheat everything bagel as I've never seen that before! Service was okay although they were out of coffee at 10:00 am on a Friday morning (they refilled it quickly). The prices are great as well. My only suggestion would be adding soymilk to the menu so those of us who can't have dairy could enjoy a cup of coffee with our bagel :)

I finally made it to Uber Bagels in Ocean City, Maryland. DELICIOUS. I had the Cinnamon Sugar Bagel. Fresh, but just crunchy and brown enough (toasted) and the butter was evenly applied. Coffee was excellent. Will be back. Sandy "Ladybug"

Huge menu, from buttered plain bagels to "lots'a lox" on pumpernickel bagel!! Super clean which is always a plus!!

This place was right around the corner from where we were staying. I didnt get a chance to go in the morning (im sure they are busy being a bagel place). Got a turkey sandwich for lunch, and it was quite tasty. They add tons of turkey with a generous amount of cheese and lettuce. A little pricey but what isnt in OC,MD. I recommend to anyone

  • L. J.

visited while on vacation, went for breakfast. excellent variety of bagels and spreads. lunch menu looked quite tasty. service was fast and friendly, prices were reasonable (although our receipt never matched the posted prices), and service was efficient. overall good value. one area of improvement would be to pay more attention to cleaning and organizing the tables and chairs in the interior seating area. definitely will return.

Amazing bagels! I went here with my family and everyone left completely satisfied. Definitely recommending this place to all of my friends! Five stars across the board

There isn't anywhere else in ocean city that has bagels made fresh daily, decent coffee, vegetarian options, and friendly staff. There is quite often a line, and the food is worth the wait.

  • Marlena K.

Amazing bagels! I got an asiago bagel with egg whites, avocado, cream cheese, turkey and it was literally the best bagel I have ever eaten. My boyfriend got the seaside slam which was a cinnamon sugar bagel with sausage, egg, maple syrup and white american cheese. Highly recommend BUT the lines do get long I would recommend going as early as possible so you don't wait 30-40minutes for your bagels, take it from someone who learned their lesson. Regardless, best quality bagels in Ocean City.

    (5)
  • Dave H.

Sure, you might have a wait ahead of you but it's worth it. It's a wait you should expect in OC if you want decent food at a reasonable price. The bagels are fresh and of good quality. The options for different sandwiches are like nothing I'm used to with this type of quality. The coffee is tasty and feeds the need. I was at Uber Bagels at 9:15 am on a Wednesday with no line and a short wait. I came back on Saturday at 9:30 am and it was packed and bursting at the seams with patrons waiting for food. Each time, the food matched in quality, whether it was an egg sandwich or a simple cream cheese spread. I will be back when in Ocean City.

If you love bagels, this spot will quickly become a new favorite. Uber Bagels bakes their own bagels which are very close to the famous New York bagel. They have a wide variety of bagels that are light, airy, and full of flavor. They do get busy fast so make sure you get there early or be ready to wait in line. The ordering line does move quickly, but you will have to wait for your order. Don't worry, it's worth it! The coffee that they offer is delicious! They have a variety of flavored coffee that is brewed to perfection. You can order hot or iced coffee which can be made then to your own personal liking at their coffee station. They also have plenty of drink options for non coffee drinkers. Any bagel sandwich can be ordered with a bagel of your choice. You can also add to your sandwich to make it just right. They have plenty of cream cheese spreads to choose from if you want to go for the classic bagel/cream cheese combo. I ordered The West Coast Whitecap on an asiago cheese bagel. It was delicious. Light and a healthy start to the morning (minus the load of carbs). The only thing I would add in the future is cheese. It would make the sandwich even more perfect. We ended up spending about 20 dollars on 2 bagel sandwiches and 2 coffees. About the price that you would spend at any breakfast place, but this one had homemade bagels and a killer outside patio. We will definitely be back for another round! And for those of you that aren't crazy about breakfast, they serve deli sandwiches as well!

  • Chrissie P.

Great bagel sandwiches. They make fresh bagels in house and you can build your own bagel sandwich or choose from the menu their own made up concoctions. They also serve regular sandwiches and they serve Boar's Head deli meats. In season , when you go before noon , expect the Line to be all the way back to the door. They are super busy and I have been twice already. Once in a Monday at like 1Pm, and no line but went this morning on a Saturday and all of Ocean City seemed to be there. My BF and I waited 30 mins for our food to be ready. Yeah that sucked, but I was really in the mood for a bagel breakfast sandwich. The best thing is they make everything fresh. They cook the eggs and the bacon and sausages on an actual grill top. Not microwaved like Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts does. For 2 bagel sandwiches we paid 12 and change. You will pay more, and it will take a little longer but, it's worth it. They serve coffee and iced coffees but no espresso. The store is open year round and weekdays they are open till 2Pm. Weekends till 7PM. Check them out!

Great place for breakfast. I don't remember the name but i had the bacon sausage egg and cheese on Asiago beagle. Absolutely delicious. Very nice size portion too. Large selection of assorted beagles and toppings as well. Come early because they get busy fast.

  • Diana M.

Came here after a night of drinking and had the most amazing sandwich. It was called the early riser- had turkey, eggs, cheese, avocado, and sprouts on a whole wheat everything bagel. It really hit the spot. However it was really pricey. I paid almost $13 for the sandwich and an iced coffee. Don't think its worth that price. But it was super good!

After a walk in Northside Park I decided I needed to gain some calories back and have a bagel! As a New Yorker I am used to having egg sandwiches on a roll or just a bagel with cream cheese, so I was intrigued that Uber had an entire section of their menu dedicated to creative egg sandwiches on bagels. I split a Magic Mushroom Meltdown on an asiago bagel and Harry's Crabby Patty on an Old Bay bagel with my husband. Both were amazing! The bagels seemed very fresh. I stopped in late morning on a weekday and the wait wasn't bad.

Went to this place for breakfast during my most recent trip to OCMD. The good: The bagels are really delicious and fresh out of the oven, the menu includes a lot of variety so everyone can find something to enjoy, and free ice coffee refills The bad: this place is always crowded so expect to wait about 20-30 minutes or more for your order and it can get a bit pricey. I paid around $20 for 2 coffees and 2 bacon/egg/ and cheese on a bagel The ugly: My bagel for my breakfast sandwich was not toasted..in Philly that would be a heinous crime - the line was too long so I did not bother to go back up and switch it out. Overall- not a bad place to stop but could use some improvement and please toast your bagels unless specifically instructed!

I still remember the first time someone asked me, "Damn, son, where'd you find this?!" I was holding a New-York-east-coast-beast-coast Breakfast sandwich, and I was going to my job--which, at that time, was essentially posting up on the block. I had just given my boy a bite. And then I flexed some knowledge on him, "Uber Bagels in Ocean City. They keep it #100. They're fancy ketchup is actually fancy...like that ketchup's mom gave the lil homie a timeout for eating with elbows on the table." I went on, "They got a lot style. Different bagels, different dietary staples depending on 'is you Cain? Or is you Abel?' Well, let me tell you, [friend's name removed], you best be ABLE...to pay a discounted rate for some deliciously nutritious carbohydrates, ya feel me?" He did. We've been back many times ever since. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Bagel--I swear whenever I pass by Uber Bagels...conveniently located on Coastal Highway...I look and smile and say, "Yo that's my JAM right there," Even when I'm by myself

Great breakfast spot, staff is friendly and quick. We had a large order, everything was as ordered (which is always a nice way to start the day). They also have great coffee which is a plus! Big selection of bagels, grill for hot sandwhiches and Boards Head meat for cold ones.

Best bagels on the east coast The Magic Mushroom Meltdown is all you need to know. I will keep coming back.

  • Andrew H.

22 minutes to make 4 bagels, none of which were cooked/toasted/whatever.....only to get home and find out that yours wasn't even made correctly (it is hard to put bananas and peanut butter on a bagel, I'll give them that). Others seemed to be waiting for awhile, too, so definitely don't come here if you're in a rush.

  • Staye N.

I rarely eat bagels (watching what I eat), but I had to get one here every day on vacation to O.C. The cinnamon sugar bagel toasted with butter was slamming. Also had mozzarella and tomato on toasted plain bagel and egg and cheese with avocado. All slamming! And they toast them....you just have to say it while placing your order. People like so many different things. You can't expect a restaurant to know you like something toasted or read minds. Highly recommended this place ! Will return on my next vaca. Only thing I have to request is please add flavored coffee or lattes to the menu. :) They definitely beat the Fractured Prune in my opinion.

  • Marissa C.

Really could not ask for a better breakfast for my picky three little boys. I asked for bagel sandwiches, but with the breakfast meat on the side, no cheese, bagels sliced but not toasted etc. Everything came exactly as we asked and the bagels tasted super fresh, in fact the chocolate chip bagel was warm from the oven. I see why the lines here are crazy by 9am! We will be back!

I have been waiting a few years for this place to get it together because I really wanted this to be my go to bagel shop. The product is actually pretty good, but the chaotic atmosphere makes the experience extremely frustrating no matter how good the bagel. It just seems like they are never prepared and generally understaffed. 30-40 minute waits for a bagel sandwich just seems a bit ridiculous. Every business at the beach has to deal with highs and lows in regard to customer volume, but this is generally predictable and after all these years I would have thought they would have a handle on this by now. Great place in the off-season, but it's just too disorganized for me during the summer months.

    (3)
  • David R.

Everything you should expect from a popular place. Bagels are Real and the everything one has all of what you want. I'm a purist and like the Nova Bagel delivers. So, there's plenty to choose from...Coffee good too. Get there early if you don't like lines....but don't worry plenty of seating or places to sip on your Java as you wait for your bodacious bagel

Might be the best bagel sandwich I have eaten. Everything Bagel, Egg whites, avocado, provolone, bacon. Excellent.

  • Grace D.

Amazingly fresh bagels! Tried the whole wheat everything with lite cream cheese (didn't taste lite which is fine) & then whole wheat everything bagel with egg & cheese both were great. The ONLY downside is that these bagels are pretty huge, you will be FULL. The egg and cheese looked like it had 6 eggs on it. But that's probably a good complaint to have. I'd go back 10 times over.

  • S G.

25 mins to get a simple bagel egg and cheese sandwich. Food was ok but nothing special and definitely not worth the wait.

    (2)
  • Stephanie H.

Loved the Crabby Bagel on whole wheat everything! Sausage, egg and white American cheese with an awesome crab spread. Bagels are big and chewy and iced coffee was great. Not crowded at all on Tuesday morning but we are off season today. Will be back!

Delicious, wonderful bagels. Always fresh. The store is kept very clean. A little slow at times but the employees are willing to please.

LOVE this place. I had low expectations since I haven't had any good bagels since we've moved away from NY but this place is legit! And their cream cheese are awesome!!! My mom ordered sun dried tomato cream cheese and they put real chunks of sun dried tomatoes and mix them with plain cream cheese. We will always come here for breakfast when we come down to OC for a visit.

Uber bagels is the best. Every time I come to Ocean City I always make it a point to stop by Uber. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my bagel spot when I'm at the beach.

This place is the seacrets of bagels with a line so long you'll grow old and die waiting for your order.

I live in New York now, so that means that I have recently eaten more bagels than is probably optimal for my overall health (e.g., I had one slathered with cream cheese for dinner tonight). Thus, I have become more discerning about bagel quality. In this regard, Uber Bagels definitely does not disappoint. The asiago cheese bagel that I had with lox and cream cheese was awesome. Lox was tasty and fresh, and the bagel itself was sizable and chewy. I had a bus to catch in Delaware and we were on a tight schedule, so I was concerned about possible lines. There were none, even on a Sunday at 12:30 PM. We didn't stick around to eat, but I noticed the indoor area was spacious, and there was also ample outdoor seating. My only small complaint was with the iced coffee. You have to make it yourself, which is fine, but make sure you put enough ice in the cup because the "Iced coffee" is actually really warm, if not hot. I don't know why it can't at least be chilled somewhat. The coffee was good, though.

We came here at the beginning if summer based on a recommendation from a friend. I'm so glad we checked it out - this place is a new favorite! It's up there with Trasher's and Dumsers! We were in and out within 10 minutes, even though they were pretty busy! Everyone at Uber Bagels was very friendly. They were well staffed, with 2 employees cleaning tables, counters, etc. Definitely a clean restaurant, which is important to me! The food is excellent! You can't beat an old bay bagel at the beach. Harry's Crabby Patty is incredible... Sausage, egg, cheese, and crab spread on an Old Bay bagel. Wow, delicious!!!

Best bagel place ever!!!!! Although our hotel room had breakfast included, we frequented Uber Bagels almost every day. Unfortunately for us, their refrigerator broke one day, and on our last day in OC, their oven broke so they were closed. What a disappointment for us! We were planning to buy a dozen bagels to bring home . . . We had some bagels with cream cheese (very, very good: strawberry, honey almond, chive), and two kinds of breakfast sandwiches: the Late Riser (amazing!) and the Egg/Bacon/Cheese (also great). I am picky about bagels, and I can state that these are the best. Additionally, pretty good dark roast coffee. Place is clean, and the staff is very helpful and cordial. Note: I cannot imagine, as the beach season continues and OC gets more people, how packed this place can get--it was already very busy every morning when we were there. But worth the wait :-)

Awesome bagels and that's coming from a New Yorker. Always get their crab patty bagel with crab cream cheese and old bay bagel So yum! Wish they were open later tho.

  • Alex K.

Best bagel/breakfast place in OC!!! Probably why the line is always wrapped around the block... Great for breakfast food...your typical Bagel and schmear or bacon egg and cheese. The lunch is phenomenal too...any kind of sandwich on a bagel you can imagine... Highly recommended in every way.

  • Pamela S.

Ordered and paid for two dozen bagels and assorted salads. When I went to pick up was told there was no chicken salad. When I asked what my options were the clerk looked shocked. This was at 7 am and I was the second person in line. Took 30 minutes to get my order. Food good but not well managed.

    (4)
  • chris s.

Still very very very long lines to order and to pick up your order. Plus the girl with the dark hair at the register always seems so distraught and not happy to be seeing her customers. Just seems like she is not happy to be there and that we are annoying her by coming to her register. Also the red haired guy who calls your # to give you your bagels has such a low voice and when there are lots of people standing and waiting for their order, he cannot even be heard. Some Recommendations: 1. Install an electric sign on wall and post the #'s up on the sign so people can see their # come up. 2. Provide staff with customer service training.

  • Russell F.

Hands down the best bagels in DA OC! I little on the pricey side for a bagel but worth every dollar. My favorite is the whole wheat with garlic and herb or the old bay with crab spread! I stop in every hung over morning!

  • Giovanna A.

Expect a long wait, but definitely worth it! I had egg whites, bacon and avocado on an asiago bagel and it was delicious! The numbers don't get called out in order, so don't get nervous that they're skipping over you. The bagel was really fresh, but a bit smaller than usual. They make both breakfast and lunch sandwiches and have drinks as well. There are tables inside and out, if you want to eat there. Parking can also be scarce, but definitely a local favorite!

    (4)
  • James R.

Great place for a breakfast bagel sandwich. They also have really good coffee. It gets pretty busy on the weekends but you can see all the kitchen staff working really hard to get everyone's food out. It has always been worth the wait.

    (5)
  • Ana T.

Best bagels anywhere! Fresh, chewy and flavorful. In the summer, the line is out the door but, it's worth the wait. Chocolate chip is my favorite; cinnamon sugar is also good. The classics, sesame and everything are excellent! My only complaint is that the cream cheese servings are large for me; I like a "shmear"...but, it's very good nonetheless. Grab a dozen; they freeze well too.

    (5)
  • Elizabeth W.

The BEST bagel shop at the beach. My favorite is the whole wheat everything bagel with taylor ham and egg- it's just as good as the bagel sandwiches I get in NYC. It's always busy on weekends though so I recommend calling in your order ahead of time and then when you arrive there is a line for smart people like you that called ahead!

    (5)
  • Mary C.

Bagels are tasty, however the wait to get a basic lox and cream cheese took 20 minutes. Next time I'll get a dozen with sides to go so I don't have to wait.

    (3)
  • Teresa A.

Totally worth the wait! This place is always busy, ALWAYS! And you will definitely have to wait a while for your food. But it's all good though, just get multiple iced coffee refills, you will have to pee like a racehorse by the time you get your food. And again its fine because that fist bite will put you in a complete state of ecstasy and you will forget about the time you wasted at the beach waiting for it! In all seriousness, I started coming here when it first opened, and it is super clean and organized. They just built a coffee bar, it's still not efficient but better than before. They are succeeding and will definitely keep improving! The owner is always helping out, taking orders, cleaning counters, refilling coffee. I love when management is evolved like that, it shows a lot about how the place is run, which makes me happy!

  • Corrin W.

Uber bagel is the best in OC and the line out the door is proof. Yummy egg and bagel creations keep me coming back. The bagels are fresh and very large. They have lunch too. My only peeve is with the iced coffee set up. You have to fill up with ice on the right side of the place then walk clear across the crowd to find the iced coffee dispenser. Once you get your coffee all fixed up you might be disappointed to find out that they do not hAve simple syrup or flavor shots. If you like sweet coffee you'll have to settle for gritty sugar in your cup.

  • Jamie N.

this place is the bombbbbbbb! Love uber bagels. Honestly the best bagels I have ever had. Longer wait when it's crowded but def worth the wait... Crabby patty is the bomb. Love the veggie cream cheese. All house made :) Call in your order for faster service

  • Rachel P.

Absolutely delicious! I had the Old Bay bagel with crab cream cheese. The bagel was seasoned perfectly and the crab cream cheese was full of sweet crab. It did take awhile to get our order but it was pretty busy too. The selection of bagels was great. Cream cheese flavor pretty run of the mill with the exception of the crab flavor. The sandwich menu was very diverse too. The hubs had a turkey sandwich with pepper jack cheese and avocado on it. Very tasty too,

I ordered 4 bagels each a different meat and bagel for our group at lunch. Everyone loved it! They are very tasty and filling. I am glad I found this place. I will have to keep in mind for breakfast. I did find the place pricey for a bagel shop. The cashier was a bit rude and annoyed when placing the order. I cannot understand why. I ordered as is on the menu so nothing weird, just straight and simple. I guess having teenagers work here... Eh, you get what you wage for. One bagel was the Thanksgiving, awesome Another was the Italian, great flavor combinations Another was the sweet ham, fantastic And finally the tuna; it's tuna! There were no lines at lunch and placed the order very quickly. It took about 10 minutes to get my bagels. No complaints.

    (4)

Been in here several times for sandwiches. Each time the wait is more than 20 min. Tried calling to place an order over the phone to avoid the wait but they weren't taking phone orders. Won't be back

Uber Bagels is, by far, the best bagel shop in all of OCMD. Their storefront is in a seemingly older shopping center, but the inside is all nicely re-done. They have many breakfast sandwiches and all the bagels are homemade - which is a big thing. I worked in a grocery store for many years with a so-called "bakery" - the only thing homemade was the donuts, everything else was frozen Pillsbury products. Came to find out a lot of places do things this way. Anyway, getting a bit off track - the bagels were great. I had a cinnamon sugar bagel with plain cream cheese (although there are about 10 different flavors of cream cheese to choose from). My girlfriend got a bagel, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel and she also raved that it was delicious. If you need a cheap, quick breakfast and are in the mood for a bagel shop/deli, definitely go to Uber Bagels. (They have a lot of lunch sandwiches, too, but they are only open until 2pm)

  • Tanya D.

There's a bunch of seating, indoor & out, which you don't find often at a bagel shop. They're not street level so you won't be inhaling rubber as you try enjoying the deliciousness of a NY style bagel (by that they mean boiled and baked, super soft + yummy!) They offer a menu of creative bagel-which ideas. My little guy had the Go Bananas, a chocolate chip bagel with peanut butter, banana slices and Hershey's syrup) and my man had the Seaside Slam, the best looking sausage, egg + cheese I've ever seen! I ordered the Loxs Traditional. I'm so use to getting a sloppy one that this neat, little beauty was just right. I should've taken a picture for ya'll but I dove right in too fast and wrecked my photo op. I did order it toasted and it wasn't but it's all good. The only thing I'm disappointed in which I guess is understandable (it was Tuesday and 12pm) was that they were completely out of almost all bagels. Even the everything! And service was crazy slow. I believe I waited 10 minutes for our three bagels. Oh well, it was too good to care! Until next time.....

Awesome bagels...I went here 3 times during my week long stay, the sausage, egg and cheese bagel sandwich is amazing!

    (5)
  • Bethany A.

These were the best bagels we've had outside of NYC. They are fresh baked and delicious. I recommend the Lot's a Lox bagel sandwich with capers--so good! Everything is made-to-order. After we had our breakfast we went back to get a dozen bagels to take home with us. Now they are gone and Einstein is just not cutting it. Please open an Uber Bagels in Northern Virginia.

If you're willing to wait over 40min+ for a bagel then go for it. Bagel sandwich with Taylor ham, egg + cheese was delish and worth the wait for me. The employees were great and accommodating.

7/5: (originally a 1 star review) What kind of bagel place isn't open at 6:30? We stopped by hoping to get breakfast after watching the sunrise on the beach. Nope. This place has great reviews, wish we could have tried it. 8/24: Well, apparently they started opening earlier, at 6:30, but they've already changed it back to 7. There are like 6 of us waiting outside right now (6:45). Ãœber Bagel, you're a breakfast joint, you should probably be open for breakfast. 8/24, 7:15: Ok, I was super-ready to be disappointed. I walked in this place kinda pissed because of their hours, but I'm already going back in to get a dozen to take home. It was more than worth the wait. They have whole wheat everything bagels, arugala, fair-trade & organic coffee, all of their veggies are super-fresh, they have outdoor seating, and this was literally the cheapest bagel sandwich I've ever ordered. Hummus, arugala, onion and tomato for $3. They're well-staffed, so the line (which was out the door by the time they finally opened) moved pretty quickly. I like my bagels a little crispier on the outside, but they were so nice and chewy and light. Plus, when we went back for a dozen she pulled the brand new warm bagels that had just come out of the oven for us (we didn't even ask, how nice is that?!). LOVE this place. They should open up like 5 of them all over OC, Fenwick, and Bethany. But first I wish they would figure out a way to open up earlier.

Food is great but the wait times ruin it. Still waiting for a small order for 45 minutes. Place is mobbed and people are not happy.

Came in this morning with my wife. We are staying at the holiday inn next door. I'm from Brooklyn, New York- so I know my bagels and I know how hard it is to find a decent bagel outside of Brooklyn. These bagels are awesome! If I didn't know better I would have thought I was back home. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a plain and my wife had a cinnamon raisin. Both were fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back here and highly recommend it!!!

I first tried uber bagels last summer and was not impressed, but stopped in this summer with some people I was with and was happy to see that they have since remodeled the place. It looks much cleaner and much nicer! Theres more tables to sit and a much larger waiting area, as they seem to take a very long time just to throw some bagels in a bag (I waited 11 minutes for 3 bagels, as they are not toasted or anything this last visit)

Would you wait fifty minutes for sausage egg and cheese and two everything's with cream cheese? That's the question. The bagel sandwich was good but not the best I have ever had. The main problem with this place is the staff. They are mostly fifteen year old boys that move so slow that you want to throw something at them. I live near a place called bagel works that's four times smaller than this place and they have your order out in fifteen minutes with the twelve workers they have. So in conclusion I'm extremely unhappy with my experience here.

Decided to try this place after reading all the positive yelp reviews. Wife tried the lox spread on an everything bagel and loved it! I had a sausage, egg, & cheese on a plain bagel, yum! Bagels were not doughy & prices were reasonable. Would def come back again & recommend to others!

Great bagel place! I had the Magic Mushroom bagel and it was delicious! My husband had the Golden Classic on an Old Bay bagel. He says it's the best sandwich he has ever had! Go here if you like delicious bagels! It's a wait but worth it!

Yeah right. Have you ever waited over an hour for a bagel? I have, courtesy of my one and only experience at Uber Bagels. I know, why would I wait that long. Truth be told, we put the order in and then went for a walk, came back and still waited another 30 minutes. If it were up to me, we would have left our 8 bucks behind and called it a day. The argument can be made that they were not ready for the Memorial Day rush but to that I would ask how can they not have extra employees for the biggest or second biggest weekend of the summer? Stupid, slow and not worth the time, money or hassle.

Bagels are good but service is horrific. 30+ minutes wait and it wasn't that crowded when I got there

Food is 4/5 stars, bagels are quite good but very overpriced (probably due to OC and "vacation" atmosphere. For example a bagel with lox spread is over $7! Service is quite bad this is partly due to it being so crowded and packed (line out the door) but staff are rude and unfriendly. To save time I tried phoning in my large order ahead of time but had to wait in the huge line anyway because employee rudely advised me since I didn't pay ahead of time I had to go to the back of the line. Wasn't advised of this on the phone (which they stop answering when busy) but oh well, it's vacation right! My advice- if you're lucky enough to get someone on the phone pay over the phone!

Great bagels. Great breakfast. I did not experience the lines that others have mentioned, but I visited on a weekday prior to the "busy" season. And for those complaining about the prices....it's the beach, deal with it. Everything is more expensive in Ocean City.

This place has really great bagels! We ordered "The Remedy" which had eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese and "Lotsa Lox". Great bagel selection too! No complaints!

As a Noo Yawker, I'm very, VERY particular about bagels. Honestly, I typically don't even bother trying down here anymore and rely on visiting NY friends to bring care packages. Uber Bagels were not at all bad. Were they real NY bagels. No. The crust, while chewy, was not quite NY chewy. And the inside, while hearty, was not quite NY hearty. But compared to pretty much any other bagel in MD? Oh, yeah. With the exception of a couple of places in Pikesville, these are the ones to get. Assuming your'e not in OC for the bagels and schmear. though, I'd say consider this an absolutely spot-on place for a tasty, filling lunch that's well beyond just another sammich.

Best bagels in OC hands down. Why would you even consider going anywhere else? You know a bagel is good when it has a tiny crispy edge on the outside and the inside is chewy and soft. You know a bagel is good when you don't need to toast it. You know a bagel is good when it's an everything bagel and there are spices on both sides. Uber bagels is good.

5 stars for the best meal of our entire trip. We had serious bad luck when it came to feeding ourselves for the three days we stayed in OCMD (aka, a terrible seafood buffet & a glass table smashing in our laps at lunch) so it's very easy to thank and praise Uber bagels for providing at least one terrific meal -- and it just so happened to be one of the best bagels I've ever eaten. Simple plain bagel with veggie cream cheese. Toasted perfectly with warm, melted cream-cheese slathered on; a perfect hangover remedy. Definitely come here for breakfast but expect to wait in line.

I knew we were going to like Uber Bagels as soon as we walked in, it smelled delicious! In addition to bagels and cream cheese, we ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on plain bagel, turkey sandwich on asiago bagel, and the Italian on asiago. All very good! They use Boar's Head meat and do not skimp. I'm sure we'll be back before we head out.

This spot has become our go-to breakfast bagel spot when we're out anywhere near OC. The line is always long, but the wait is definitely worth it! Try the old bay bagel with crab spread while you're there (if you're into that sort of thing), it's different but well done! I was happy to find that the old bay bagel actually has a tiny bit of a kick, and the crab spread is just like crabby cream cheese with crab bits. The sausage egg and cheese sandwich that my GF got was also delicious, and better than the one from my go-to bagel spot near JMU! All in all, this is a solid bagel place conveniently located close to good, not-too-crowded beach access.

I arrived at uber bagel after a tamultious morning. I waited in line for about 5 minutes, but after I ordered I must have waited 20 minutes for my bagel! I was disappointed but still hungry. I finally got my bagel, sat down and took my first bite. I squirted. The bagel was simply devine. I would encourage people to go to this restaurant they have the best bagels around, but prepare yourself mentally for the wait...it is not chill.

Be prepared for a looong wait as all the other hungover people of OC stumble in for breakfast at 1pm. Uber bagels was delicious though, and their menu had tons of options including bagel sandwiches. I had a bagel with cream cheese and lox, which was nothing short of delicious. The smoked salmon tasted nice and fresh.

So good! The old bay bagel is fantastic! I recommend the late riser with the OB bagel: ham, bacon, egg, avocado, and cheese. Bangin!

Love this place I was super excited to see they expanded into the store next to them to increase seating and overall flow. Great bagels, the Egg sandwiches are good but need just a little seasoning in the egg to stand out and make it pop. The veggies are fresh and vibrant and the "lots of lox" sandwich is incredible. I highly recommend, always a must stop if I'm down for the weekend or week

The bagels (sun kissed & Kelly s California veggie) we ordered were scrumptious.. The cream cheese was very flavorful, bagel tasted good. The service s a little slow but well worth the wait.. would come here again when I am in OC next time.

How did this place get so packed with people! I go here almost every time I come down to o.c. Because its literally right across the street. Their bagels are good. I had their lots of lox bagel. Delicious

I love bagels and I have to say I was impressed with Uber bagel. I got a whole wheat everything, with bacon, egg and cheese. I'm always excited when I see that an everything bagel has everything on both sides and they didn't forget to season both sides. Sandwich was made to order and delicious. Since they had a chocolate chip bagel, I had to try it. While it was a good bagel consistency and texture wise, I would have never known it was a chocolate chip bagel. I would rate them 4 stars for this, but since I have no benchmark besides my own for how a chocolate chip bagel should taste, I will let this slide. I will be making Uber bagels a frequent stop whenever I am in Ocean City.

Actung! Uber Bagel - You are the Best! #1 Numero Uno! Ichiban! Finally, a proper Bagel in Ocean City. I spend some time in North Ocean City, I have been eating at Uber Bagel all Summer. (I wish they were open in the Winter!) As a creature of habit, I always get the same bagel: A double toasted Onion with Butter, Scallion CC and lots of Red Onion. If the Onions are gone I might get an Everything. The bagel at Uber Bagel is perfect - Sweet and Sour, Firm and Fluffy. I am not trying to get all shmaltzy with my spiel, however when you wanna nosh, Uber Bagel is the shpits geshmak beygl on Delmarva.

Nothing like a good bagel in the morning, especially if you're hung over from a night of bar hopping down Coastal Highway! Bagels are a total comfort food for me when it comes to breakfast, but they have to be done right. It's so nice to have a bagel option in Ocean City other than Dunkin Donuts. Uber Bagels has a huge selection of freshly made bagels as well as cream cheeses in a variety of flavors. The whole wheat everything bagel with veggie cream cheese is my favorite. There are also a ton of breakfast sandwich menu items, as well as lunch sandwiches. The only sandwich I didn't care for was the Powerhouse Bagel. Everything for the most part is delicious here. The staff is always friendly and service is relatively fast, even on busy days. Uber Bagels runs on a limited schedule in the off-season, so make sure you check the hours out if you're visiting outside of tourist season.

Great bagel deli with fun-themed sandwiches reminiscent of my visits to see my family on Long Island. Only drawback is that it's a bit on the pricier side for lunch sandwiches ($8-10 for a sandwich w/o chips or drink, but I guess it's what you'd expect in a resort town like Ocean City). Try the Rajin' Cajun!
